Hand-made ball of creamy imported Italian cheese. Soft & delicate in texture, mild in flavor, with a creamy center. Surrounded with sliced peaches & honey dew melon wrapped in prosciutto. Drizzled in honey & finished with crispy prosciutto bits.

Second Course

BANFI CHIANTI CLASSICO RISERVA

Tortelloni Ripene alla Primavera

Homemade ring-shaped pasta stuffed with ricotta cheese & asparagus sautéed with button mushrooms & baby peas in a San Marzano marinara sauce with a dash of cream & parmigiano-reggiano cheese.

Third Course

BANFI BRUNELLO DI MONTALCINO

Lamb Shank Osso Bucco

Slow roasted lamb shank sautéed with onions, celery, carrots, Porcini wild mushrooms, garlic, rosemary & a red wine demi glaze. Served over risotto and finished with parmigiano-reggiano cheese.
